The Southern Mongolia Culture & Language Center is a public cultural platform focused on Mongolian language continuity, cultural memory, historical knowledge, education, documentation, and long-term public access.

SMCLC is a cultural and public-knowledge platform. It is not intended to function as a general web portal, a formal institutional registry, or a rights-submission route.
It also does not duplicate the practical services of MONGOL WORLD. SMCLC explains, documents, preserves, organizes, and provides cultural context; connected digital services provide specialized tools and infrastructure.
Long-term principles
The Center's long-term standard is continuity: stable access, careful documentation, understandable language, source-aware presentation, and structures that remain useful as real cultural and educational materials accumulate.
Growth should follow the availability of meaningful work and reliable material, rather than creating empty sections simply to make the site appear larger.
